1 Introduction

3 Account Eligibility

4 Registration & Accounts

Each individual may hold only one registered account on nft888. 4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 4.4 Account Information Updates

5 Terms of Use

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.2 Withdrawal Requirements

12 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit nft888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. nft888's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

nft888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.

• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the age or eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.

14 Governing Law
